How We Interview & Hire

Our interview process begins with an introductory call to elucidate the opportunity, get to know each other, and help you decide if Constellation is the best next step for your career. From there, we conduct a technical screen with one of our engineers so you can show us your skills. Lastly, you will be invited onsite to interview with the full engineering team as well as representatives from across the company. Our onsite interview is designed to walk through the problems we've encountered through our development process and learn how we would solve them as a team.
