CodeStream is based in New York City, but we operate as a distributed team with members in several states. If you have the right skills, working remotely is not an issue for us.

How We Interview & Hire

Our interview process begins with an introductory call to help you better understand the opportunity, give us a glimpse into your interests and motivations, and help you decide if CodeStream is the right place for you.

Next, we will conduct a technical screen with one of our Engineers so you can show us your skills. Lastly, you will be invited onsite or via video call to interview with our senior team members, either separately or collectively. These interviews are designed to assess for a broad range of skills so that we can gain a holistic understanding of what you bring to the team and where you shine. We are a flat organization and very straightforward and like to be transparent throughout the process with conversations around compensation, equity, benefits, our expectations, and the impact you will make here at codeStream.
