CircleLink Health was conceived when founder Jonathan Katz, after years of healthcare consulting, realized that mobile phones would allow doctors to automatically engage patients with their care plans outside the care facility, improving patient health and saving our system billions.
Patient engagement is especially critical for people with chronic conditions, who account for roughly 75% or our $3 trillion annual healthcare spending.
Fast forward 4 years and CircleLink Health has installed patient engagement systems with major institutions like Johns Hopkins, Yale-New Have, Emory, Montefiore and other influential medical centers.
There's more: Medicare just announced up to ~$18 billion of reimbursements for services such as ours, validating our vision and finally providing direct incentive for healthcare providers to take care of their patients outside the care facility.
