At Chaser we're harnessing the best available technology in order to automate credit control - a process crucial to the success of most small businesses. To this end we've built a sophisticated messaging platform that delivers scheduled chasing email and tracks the conversation that typically ensues.

In the near term this enables us to provide an invaluable audit trail to our users. In the long run it will provide a rich array of insights, enabling us to determine what works and what doesn't from a chasing perspective. We'll obtain this intelligence using large-scale data analysis and machine learning.

We strive to use the most appropriate tools and technologies, constantly reviewing new developments and our ongoing requirements. We currently use Meteor (Node.js/MongoDB) for our webapp and Python/Cloudant for data analysis, along with the leading third-party services wherever appropriate.

These foundations have enabled us to build the market-leading product in just 18 months, raise money from some highly-regarded investors, and be named one of the most disruptive new businesses in the UK.
