Regardless of the position, our hiring process starts out with a get-to-know-you call where we'll discuss the role, us, you and more, by the end of it, we'll both know if CaterMeals is a mutual fit. If we progress, we move to our onsite stages. We'll schedule the first of two onsite meetings where, depending on the position, we'll either do a technical screen or a portfolio review. That can be a fairly intense stage, after an internal discussion and review, we'll decide on a second onsite, and if we proceed with that, we'll invite you back to meet with some of our key stakeholders including our CEO & CTO. From there, it's onto the offer, and then personalized meals a reality for everyone!
