Our interview process begins with an introductory call with the CEO to help you better understand the opportunity, give us a glimpse into your interests and motivations, and help you decide if CaptivateIQ is the right place for you to be your happiest and most successful self.
From there, our CTO will schedule a followup call to answer technical questions related to the role. He'll follow-up with a brief take home programming assignment so you can demonstrate your technical skills.
Lastly, you will be invited onsite to present your take home assignment to our CTO and get a chance to meet the broader team.
