Bullhorn

Bullhorn is a Boston-based SaaS company, founded in 1999. We create web-based applications for staffing and recruiting agencies around the world. Our main product is an applicant tracking system, or ATS. An applicant tracking system is something that all recruiters need to use in order to track, maintain and manage all of their candidates and the jobs that they are hiring for. We actually took that product and expanded on it in order to make it an enterprise software solution. We provide a customer relationship management tool for the sales team, and we integrate on the front end through email and the back end through finance and accounting systems. Any other systems that the agency needs will integrate into Bullhorn as well. This allows a recruiting agency to run their entire business on Bullhorn so that they can do everything they need in one space.
