Bright Network

Bright Network has long been held as a market leader in all things Graduate & Student careers. Everything we have done and everything we ever will do is free for our Members and is hyper-focused on providing them with world-beating opportunities.

In 2020 in response to the pandemic, Bright Network launched 'Internships Experience UK' as a way in which we could provide meaningful training and upskilling to over 70,000 students and graduates. Our Technology pathway hosted over 8,000 people and was supported by the likes of Google, Amazon, Bloomberg, and Vodafone. Importantly though it highlighted a disparity between the demand for good junior software engineers and the supply.

With that in mind, in February we launched the Bright Network Technology Academy - a 12-week Full Stack Engineering bootcamp purpose built to deploy technically brilliant and diverse talent into engineering teams across the UK. The programme is completely free for Graduates to attend (though places are hyper-selective) and beyond the course they are hired by Bright Network and deployed out to partner firms into their Technology teams on projects.

In our first cohort we achieved a 90% satisfaction rating across the members but we know we can do even better!
