Boardworks is an EdTech business producing a wide range of educational products, including teaching resources, self-marking quizzes and progress tracking systems designed for teaching, homework and assessment across all major subject areas.
As the market leading independent business in the UK secondary school market, we have around 50 staff and are growing fast. We have products in over 95% of UK secondary schools and we also have a strong focus on international sales with products in 60 countries worldwide; and a New York office with a profitable national US business. Our online platform, Doddle, continues to expand, allowing students and teachers to access a fully integrated system of over 18,000 teaching, homework and assessment resources.
The development team work alongside product owners, content editors, and Educational Advisers (former teachers and school leaders), to create products that demonstrably improve teaching and learning in school and at home. These products include student progress monitoring; analysis and reporting; a huge range of teaching content; MyPLC (an online, sixth form student self-assessment system); MyWorks (a mobile-first content platform); internal tools for our editorial team to produce HTML5 animation and other interactive content; and others currently in production.
