Why We're Doing This

Fintech as an industry has drawn on principles from other more mature digital marketplaces, and most other Fintech verticals are more mature than commercial real estate. While there are complexities particular to this vertical, many underlying trends are in common with other fintech verticals and even ad tech. We recognized a hole in the market for a borrower-side platform - a technology play for the supply side of this market.
