How We Interview & Hire at BitPESA

Our interview process is pretty speedy! We want to get to know you and help you envisage what life is like on the Product Team at BitPESA.

1. A quick call with our CTO Dearg, to get to know each other better and introduce you to the company (15-20 minutes)
2. The next stage is a technical call with one of our engineers where we will show you some of our legacy code and you will discuss together the approach - we're excited to hear your thoughts! (1 hour)

Our final stage is another call with Dearg to cover off any last questions before we make you an offer!
