Atlas Lane is working to reinvent the highly-fragmented $40 billion residential property management market. Our mission is to give peace of mind to property owners by using built-from-the-ground up technology and delivering an obsessive level of customer support. We provide full management services — finding tenants and securing leases, getting properties in compliance, collecting rent, providing maintenance and repair services, ensuring tenant satisfaction, basic bookkeeping, and coordinating evictions — but use technology to streamline processes, dramatically increasing the margins of the business, and increase owner and tenant satisfaction.

To do that, we have to get really, really good at one thing -- managing relationships. We're not in the brokerage business, and we're not trying to ride the AirBnB wave...we're staying lean and focused on our singular goal.
