We are reinventing the way companies do job interviews. Our goal is to reduce implicit bias in hiring and identify new signals that predict on-the-job success. We believe that human-to-human interviews are - and should continue to be - the most important factors in hiring. Our platform helps teams plan interviews better, collect more interview feedback using speech recognition AI, and make objective, data-driven decisions.
