We specialty retailers and service providers in enthusiast markets with their customers on mobile with vertical specific products delivered by a proprietary platform. Our inaugural product Ready2Ride provides motorcycle dealerships a mobile solution via a monthly subscription that includes a branded consumer facing app for their customers and a control panel to deliver personalized, location-based messages, alerts, promotions and invitations.

We have targeted a large white space by focusing on underserved retailers and service providers in enthusiast markets (e.g. motorcycle dealerships, pet care centers) across four target verticals: powersports, pets, action sports and health / fitness. These collectively represent an estimated global addressable market of 750,000+ businesses, 300 MM+ consumers and $7 BN+ of revenues.

We are launching vertical specific products like Ready2Ride that provide specialty retailers / service providers with a branded consumer facing app and the best of breed mobile marketing tools via a monthly subscription. These products will be delivered by Activation’s proprietary platform, which hosts a common back-end infrastructure, including digital asset management, content management, community and loyalty modules, location based targeting and analytics & reporting. Activation’s platform will facilitate delivery of location based promotions to consumer and also advertising targeted at the retailers. The behavioral data that we will collect does not exist today and will include very specific user inputted information along with unique first party behavioral data.

Ready2Ride received the Nifty Fifty award for being one of the most innovative products launched in PowerSports. Ready2Ride’s (www.ready2ridemobile.com) consumer facing app provides valuable tools for riders such as bike health alerts, weather information, location based points of interest, ride tracking & sharing, community connections and personalized dealer rewards and promotions. On selecting their dealer of choice on the App, customers are locked into direct contact with their dealer and through a control panel dealers can provide personalized messages, rewards, promotions and invitations. Ready2Ride also integrates an SMS marketing platform through a partnership with 7Media Group (which will be collectively marketed under the “Ready2Ride” brand) and provide dealers with a seamless solution to onboard customers onto the App. Dealers can purchase the Ready2Ride mobile app for $199 a month or the bundled SMS / mobile app for $399 a month. 7Media Group will also onboard its existing dealership customers onto Ready2Ride over the next few months. Ready2Ride’s sales strategy will include a direct sales effort but also leverage sales channels, including associations, OEMs, agencies and service providers to effectively scale and accelerate our market penetration.

Activation’s growth plans include launching new products in its targeted verticals and our second product PetAid is targeted at Pet Veterinarians and due out later this year. With an efficient onboarding process and scale-able back-end, Activation can quickly scale across new market segments and plans to launch 3-4 new products a year. We have identified 16 products across our four target verticals that we will bring to market by 2020.
