Policygenius is changing the game by making insurance shopping faster, friendlier and more efficient for the online consumer. Shopping for insurance might never be "fun" but it certainly can be easy and enjoyable. Want to help us achieve that?

What It's Like To Be Part of the Team

We love to learn. And to ask questions. We’re passionate, caring and a little quirky. We hope there is something non-work related that gets you really excited too! :)

We’ll set you up with whichever tools you need to succeed (hardware, software, books, etc). You’ll work in our offices in the heart of Silicon Valley (Flatiron).

We’re Agile and Lean, with an emphasis on the processes that keep us focused and happy. We perform code reviews in Github, we pair program using Screenhero, we plan sprints with Zenhub and we keep ourselves in check with continuous deployment by CodeClimate and Semaphore.
