Paddle is a building a groundbreaking career development platform that enables users to be more innovative, collaborative, and adaptable. The platform is a consumer-facing SaaS platform, accessible on the web and through mobile apps.

Our career development platform will be designed to help navigate the complexity of the future of work. Based on six proprietary digital assessments, our platform will automatically provide users with a set of highly personalized and actionable next steps in their career, and allow users to compare each other and gain team building insights with friends and colleagues.

Where are we today? Our beta digital assessments provide users with personalized reports on their professional motivations and transferable skills. Paddle’s customers include the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Haas Center for Public Service at Stanford University, Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto, Ivey Business School at University of Western Ontario, Community Foundations of Canada Executive Committee, and General Electric Leadership Development Program.

Paddle research has been published by Harvard Business Review and Oxford University Press. The company’s founding partners included the White House Office of Social Innovation and McKinsey & Company.
