We are a SAAS based communications company with offices in Brooklyn, NY, Newark, NJ, & Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We have created an innovative platform for companies to easily access the remote talent and tools required for their customer communication needs.

Interview Process

Round 1 - Initial Phone Screen: 15 - 20 minutes
• The purpose of the call is to get a better understanding of an applicant's experience and answer any questions they may have about our company.

Next Step For Developers only: Coding Exercise

• The purpose of this challenge is to assess a candidate's coding skills and ability to work through problems similar to those the developers on our team are able to work through.

Round 2 - On-Site or video interview (based on location): 2 - 2.5 hours
• Developers: General Q&A, coding exercise and meet some of our team members.
• Designers: General Q&A, a portfolio walk-through, and meet some of our team members.

Round 3 - Meet the team / Job Offer:
• A 3rd and final interview may sometimes be necessary during instances when our team has additional follow up questions.
