We’re pioneers of handmade hospitality. We offer travellers a new, better way to experience a city – staying in the finest private homes with everything taken care of. For homeowners (our hosts) we offer a way to earn additional income from guests, handling everything from marketing to managing their home while they’re away.

So that our hosts don’t have to, we prepare the home, and meet the guests. We provide 24/7 support to handle any issues during a guest’s stay, and once the guest departs, we get the home ready for the host’s return. We provide our host peace of mind knowing their home, often their most valuable asset, is in safe hands and eliminating hassle while our guests enjoy their home.

For guests, we provide them with support the moment they come to our site to explore our portfolio of homes, helping them pick the right home to suit their needs, and guiding them through check-in and check-out at the home. We provide them with housekeeping and concierge services to make their stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

We’re a logistically complex, technology-enabled business, and the majority of our tech goes towards building operational systems to provide services which are the core of the host and guest experience. We build and implement technology to get the right people, equipped with the right tools, to the right place at the right time. Engineering at onefinestay involves, among other things:

• Building technology to determine which items are required to get the home ready for a guest; how the hosts’ valuables are stored and tracked; items required to get the home ready for the hosts’ return.
• Using technology to resolve scheduling and routing problems, determining the optimum route a delivery driver needs to take to make handovers to teams waiting at multiple homes without delays.
• Building sophisticated operational support systems to manage chain of custody for valuable assets.
• Developing complex ERP and CRM systems to manage internal and external resources.
• Building our solutions in a scalable way to accelerate business growth.
