MeUndies sells underwear, sure. But because we’re vertically-integrated, direct-to-consumer, and handle everything from design to marketing to shipping, we bring our customers much more than just undies. We’re a lifestyle brand devoted to self-expression and basics that are anything but simple. A great pair of undies can brighten up your day and a great underwear company keeps it going. The Interview Process

Introductory Call

Length: 15–30 minutes.
Purpose - for our team to get to know you! We'll talk about your background, what you're looking to do next, and you'll learn more about MeUndies.

Hiring Manager Call

Length: 30 mins
Purpose - to have a more technical conversation, get answers to your more specific questions, and get a feel for how the engineering team works on a day-to-day basis.

Coding Exercise

Length: 60 minutes. Takes place over the phone and via Coderpad. We strongly suggest a dynamic language (JS, Ruby, Python). You'll need access to a computer for this one!
Purpose - to get a sense of your technical and problem-solving abilities!

Onsite

Length: usually 3 hours. Takes place in our at our HQ or via Hangouts if not local
Purpose - to meet you! You'll meet a bunch of the team, including fellow software engineers and other stakeholders
