How We Interview & Hire

We begin the interview process with an intro call to help you learn more about LifeLink and the role, learn about your interests, and help decide if LifeLink is a good fit. If we move forward, the process is as follows:

• Technical phone screen
• Pairing exercise with one of our Sr. Engineers
• Technical architecture discussion
• Onsite for extended conversations with Engineering and Product Teams, and our CEO

We do everything we can to move quickly. We like to keep our full hiring timeline under 2 weeks and will try to be respectful of your time.
