Koko FitClub is a digital gym.

Since 2008, we have attracted tens of thousands of passionate members, and we've launched over 100 clubs in more than 30 states and Canada, with more opening every month. By combining great technology with physical locations and great trainers, we're able to create real change in people's lives over time. We love the FitBit and wearables in general, but if they end up in the junk drawer after a month, how much are they helping?

Our approach to technology is pretty simple.

Use the best tool for the job, optimize for developer happiness, and stay current. That's led us from .NET "back in the day" to Rails, Node, and now React. We're even using Node as the core of our "embedded" fitness products, creating custom devices using a modern web stack.

We're a small team with a big footprint, but that just means that that you'll get to make a meaningful impact from day one. And while we love using the web stack, it doesn't mean we don't focus on great engineering practices and solid software fundamentals. Don't apply if you're not willing to dig deeply into Javascript and treat it as a first class language. There are no "bad parts" here!
