What is Bolstr?

Bolstr is a Marketplace where emerging consumer, retail, and manufacturing businesses can raise up to $500,000 from a network of accredited investors.

At Bolstr, we have completely broken down the barriers to investing in up and coming distilleries, breweries, coffee roasters, apparel companies, and other exciting consumer retail businesses.

We only work with businesses that are established, and looking to invest in growth, such as Magnolia Brewing which raised $150,000 in a few hours to purchase equipment, or Da Lobsta Group which raised $150,000 in less than 24 hours to open a 3rd location.

A Unique Investment Structure

Every investment on Bolstr uses an innovative revenue share structure, allowing businesses to retain 100% of their hard earned equity, and make flexible monthly payouts to investors that are sized proportionally to their revenue. Investors then receive revenue-based payouts until they make a multiple back on their investment. In 2014 alone investors on Bolstr have already received over $220,000 in monthly payouts, and there have been no defaults to date.

The minimum investment on Bolstr is as low as $2,500 allowing investors to easily build a diverse portfolio of their favorite businesses, and earn financial returns through monthly revenue based payouts.
