The Audicus process is simple. Customers get a hearing test locally at an ear, nose and throat doctor or audiology clinic, and then fax, email or upload the test to Audicus. The Audicus audiologist reviews the test and then recommends a suitable hearing aid. Hearing aids are custom-programmed by the audiologist and shipped to customers for a 45-day trial. If someone isn’t happy, they can return for a full refund--no questions asked.
