Job Description

We currently have a full-time opening for a Software Engineer in Carlsbad, CA. The Software Engineer is responsible for developing .NET solutions for Breg's enterprise commercial applications. The mobile solutions covered by this application require enterprise extensions and connections from patient databases and internal IT systems while at the same time, presenting data on mobile devices. In this role, the Software Engineer is primarily responsible for the core application development and integration of key business workflows into a .NET environment. The resulting integrations will provide connectivity into core applications through Microsoft architecture and foundational application structures.

Your day will be very busy… you will:

* Collaborate with the senior software developer to define, build, and test interfaces between the database and the mobile platform.
* Develop interfaces between key workflow processes, mobile application interfaces, and data streams.
* Develop MS SQL database structure to support the data collection from mobile applications
* Create .NET framework for mobile application connectivity to enterprise applications
* Create and maintain application development/design documentation.
* Collaborate with internal and external development teams to integrate code/libraries.
* Plan and developer with database and middleware team to develop consolidated solutions for patient offerings

What your background will be:

* A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or other related field of study and 5+ years relevant experience.
* Experience with MS SQL and .NET framework
* Preferred experienced includes database performance tuning, .NET development, and mobile application support.
