Key Responsibilities:

* Build infrastructure for running automation tests for core banking services
* Create automation test cases and write automation scripts/code for executing them
* Partner with PM/PMO and other team members to implement automation for critical API's
* Actively participate in agile sprints/standups

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required
* 6+ years of experience as Software Engineer in Test or Automation Engineer
* Experienced in creating and executing detailed test cases, test plans and review documents
* Strong programming/scripting skills desired (Java or other OOP)
* Proficiency with Postman, Selenium/Java
* Experience with any DB technologies, RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL) or NoSQL(Cassandra/MongoDB)
* Experience in testing RESTful web services and backend APIs, JSON and XML
* Experience with Linux, Git, Jenkins. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes preferred
* Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability required
* Passion for software quality, and drive to be successful in a high growth environment
