We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage both operational and strategic work to support and develop our IT environment.

You will handle simple to complex incoming cases that require investigative work. This is an opportunity for you to join Nordea Life & Pensions Sweden own IT department. We are responsible for, and work as a natural partner with, all IT-related areas within the subsidiary and the business processes.

Your future responsibilities

You'll join NLP SE where we are responsible for Nordea Life & Pension IT Operations from a company perspective and are attached to Nordea Central IT.

What you'll be doing:

* Support Nordea Life & Pensions IT platform (Windows, weblogic, java, windows application)
* Troubleshooting IT-related issues
* User management
* IT-related support for our business applications (see Inca)
* On-going operation and support

The role is based in Stockholm. Welcome to a team in a dynamic environment along with seven colleagues (two on application support, four on IT operations support and a team manager). Together we are responsible for Nordea Life & Pension IT Operations from a company perspective and are attached to Nordea Central IT.

Your profile and background:

* Good knowledge of operations and support and have a genuine interest in new technology.
* IBM i (iSeries)
* IBM MQ
* Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
* Experience in Installation & Configuration
* Great knowledge in general of IPC process (Incident, problem and change with Remedy tool or likewise)

It is an advantage if you have experience in several of the following areas:

* Oracle Weblogic Server or other application servers
* Databases, like Oracle DB.
* AppDynamics, Splunk
* SQL
* Windows server
