o Perform data analysis, identify trends and issues, and provide recommendation on resolution of identified issues including adjustments and duplicates;
o Lead claims training and mentoring for internal and external groups across the company;
o Coordinate with Data Management to build and maintain SOP for identifying Data Quality issues and escalation;
o Perform quality testing for various software, systems and reporting tools including Hadoop, DB2 and SQL Server;
o Document process and procedures using standard methodologies and tools;
o Design and implement a Data Scorecard;
o Lead efforts for dashboard reporting reviews and document requirements for code changes;
o Create and maintain a library of documents and standard operating procedures for SharePoint;
o Lead special projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and 3 years of experience in analyzing requirements, performing quality assurance testing, writing SQL queries, and using relational database concepts.
o Experience therein to include 2 years working with medical, pharmacy and dental claims; and 1 year using Hadoop, and working on training and documenting processes for analysis of data in DB2 and SQL Server.
