Job Description

Are you ready for driving product that brings positive impact to the world through the power of mobile and location technologies? We're looking for an ambitious and innovative Producer to work on current and upcoming features at Niantic. You will lead development of creative products, drive cross-functional teams to delight our users, and make the world bit better by helping users go out and explore the world! This position is not eligible for TN visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

* Work with the team leadership to define the operational properties of project development, including development processes, production planning, status reporting, risk management, resource management and budgets.
* Break down multi-faceted issues into workable components to guide our product from creation to launch.
* Work with engineers and arts to bring your vision to market.

Qualifications

* You have a BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent.
* You have shipped at least one game and/or been involved with one project through a complete development cycle ideally on the mobile platform.
* You are able to demonstrate extraordinary organization, communication, and management skills.
* You work as a horizontal leader of cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, etc.).
* You have experience running free to play economies.
* You have experience working with external developers.
* You have A/B split testing experience.
* You have an interest or excitement about AR and mobile games.
