Summary: Performs oversight, execution, remediation and troubleshooting of data loading and reports on relevant application.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other work-related duties may be assigned.

* Perform remediation activities for our provider and client members.
* Consults internally and externally regarding the exchange of healthcare data files and routing of data files.
* Researches any issues reported by client or client services regarding data file transmission or routing of data file.
* Assists organizationally surrounding data file movement from client locations, SFTP server, etc.
* Reports on the execution of data file movement.
* Maintains SFTP accounts and managed file transfer entries.
* Consults with account manager and client IT personnel regarding the status of data file transmission.
* Assists in design, test, and building of data movement, managed file transfer and encryption and archiving software.
* Builds newly developed software for testing and production release
* Tests newly developed database scripts, software components, and software systems and completes appropriate test documentation
* Promotes software releases and database updates that have been certified by an authorized party to production as directed

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge , skill, and/or ability required. * 1. Education - Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems, computer science, or adequate work experience.


* 2. Experience - 0-2 years relevant experience



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements

* Understanding of data base relationships and managed care data
* Competency with spreadsheets and database reporting tools
* Competency in reading/writing SQL queries.
* Knowledge of common programming languages: VB.Net, C++, C#, etc.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to translate data into meaningful information in report or presentation formats
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills
* Customer orientation
