Job Description

The Integration architect will be accountable for the overall success of Vlocity's Enterprise system integrations. This individual will lead integration architecture, design, and development across Vlocity's ERP, CRM and other core applications. The successful candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment, with all departments: Sales, Marketing, HR, Payroll, Finance, Sales/ Service Operations and Support.

Reporting to the VP Business Applications, this is Vlocity's first dedicated Integrations Lead, directly contributing to the hyper-growth of our company.

Responsibilities

* Design, develop and implement integration solutions for Cloud and Hybrid scenarios, on-time, on-budget, and in a way that accomplishes customer goals
* Define process interfaces, data models, and integration points across disparate, complex cloud applications
* Document designs and administer Dell Boomi iPaas platform (including: User & Security Management, Deployment, Process logging, API management, alert framework/exception handling and reporting) to develop integration processes
* Define and implement best practices for integrations with standard enterprise systems such as ERP (Netsuite) and CRM (SFDC)
* Define version control procedures and assist in managing all environments and code releases on each
* Participate in requirements, design and development reviews
* Analyze source system data to assess data quality; working with technical and business representatives to determine strategies for handling identified data anomalies

Qualifications

Imperative for this role is hands on professional with bias for action, who can take direction, and execute to high standard. You'll have an acute attention to detail, be highly process oriented, be able to multitask efficiently and productively, while exercising excellent judgment that considers the needs of all stakeholders. Most importantly, you excel in fast paced, dynamic environments, can match the energy level of our passionate people, and without hesitation, jump in to get it done.

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline. Additional certifications a plus
* 5+ years of work experience in building architecture for SaaS industries
* 10+ years executing Integration projects in any ESB, API Management product-set
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dell Boomi
* At least 3 full cycle project implementations involving integration of enterprise systems such as Netsuite, Salesforce, Workday, ADP, Concur, G-Suite and other Cloud applications
* Strong hands-on experience on Boomi Process building & deployment, Boomi EDI Integration, API management, alert framework/exception handling, connectors/listeners, integration packs usage, etc.
* Demonstrated knowledge in SOA, API, Web-Services, Message oriented integration & streaming concepts and technologies and various integration patterns using SOAP/REST protocols
* Adept at developing test strategy and operational readiness of integration scenarios
* Excellent communication skills essential for collaboration with cross-functional business units, application developers, and testers
* BOOMI Certification is a plus
* Must be San Francisco based
