Database Analyst/Programmer

* Clearance: Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a polygraph level clearance after hire
* Location: Springfield, VA
* Years of Experience: 7-10 Years
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Position Overview:

Supports the Installations Operations Office (SIO), Facility Program Office (SIOF), Computer Facilities Aided Management (CAFM) Team, requires Software Developer/Programmer 3, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) Campus East (NCE) at US Government facilities in the Springfield, VA area. The contractor shall provide support to the Agency shall provide technical expertise in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) and ARCHIBUS systems to update facility information modified or altered by facility engineering requirements and assist with input updates into DoD-mandated BUILDER software.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee BUILDER sustainment system implementation, operations and maintenance programs, and long term maintenance plans.
* Administers inputs into BUILDER and ARCHIBUS databases and serve as engineering CAFM/CAD lead.
* Maintain the Agency integrated BUILDER implementation and execution schedule.
* Responsible for planning and coordinating the Intelligence Community (IC) wide Monthly BUILDER Working Groups.
* Provide BUILDER updates uses existing equipment data table information exported from ARCHIBUS with additional necessary fields to comply with BUILDER data input file-mandated fields.

Required Qualifications:

* Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a polygraph level clearance after hire.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within a related field.
* Demonstrate experience to integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
* Must be able to communicate with customers to determine requirements, work independently, and learn quickly.
* Must have the ability to learn and apply CADD and facilities attribute data standards.
* Demonstrated experience interacting with internal/external customers.
* Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Projects.

Desired Qualifications:

* Experience and/or knowledge in BUILDER and ARCHIBUS.
* Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
