Salient CRGT is looking for a candidate to work on a large Enterprise Data Warehouse contract to assist with Tableau development in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

* Create interactive dashboards and reports within Tableau
* Design and implement proof of concept solutions and create advanced BI visualizations, interactive graphics, and intuitive user interfaces with emphasis on user experience.
* Create ad-hoc Business Objects Web Intelligence Reports
* Create ETL jobs using SAP Data Services and/or SSIS to support BO & Tableau reporting
* Interact with business users and understand their requirements
* Perform complex trend analyses and statistical analyses, and present insights to users
* Conduct ad hoc data analysis
* Communicate complex topics to team & clients through both written and oral communications

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years relevant experience
* At least 4 years of experience developing visualization solutions with Tableau
* Expertise in technologies such as Tableau, SQL, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML and/or JQuery
* Experience with Business Objects report development
* Experience creating ETL jobs using SAP Data Services and/or SSIS
* Experience working in an Enterprise DW environment.
* SQL writing skills and possess an understanding of relational and dimensional data models (2-3 years)
* Experience gathering and refining requirements, interviewing business users to understand and document data requirements
* Strong attention to detail, documenting business and technical requirement based on user interviews
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
