In this role you will:

* The Data and Reporting Team is responsible for all data related IT tasks. These tasks cover the areas of enhancing and maintaining our Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions, Data Governance, and Data Quality.
* Work closely with stakeholders to design solutions that align with business needs and also are consistent with the architectural vision.
* Establish and implement overall technical best practices for projects, programs, and systems.

* Contractor shall support Program Manager to oversee technical deliverables for new software application, enhancement and maintenance projects through software development life cycle, including validating completeness of estimates, quality and accuracy of technical designs, build and implementation. Proactively address technical issues and risks that could impact project schedule and/or budget.
* Function as subject matter expert and advocate for software applications supported, requiring depth and breadth in knowledge of the business, technologies, applications, integration and interfaces.
* Provide business organizations with technical advice and support.
* Meet with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and refine high-level business needs and requirements.
* Identify opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership in operational application support areas.
* Develop documentation (such as analysis and white papers) and presentations to all levels of management to support all of the activities above.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's with 15+ years (or commensurate experience)
* 5+ years Tableau experience
* 5+ years Oracle experience
