Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce

Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce role is responsible for project management of Salesforce.com (SFDC) projects that may encompass configuration, customization and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations. Additional responsibilities may include collaboration with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions that support business objectives, strategies, and processes for continuous improvement.
Essential Functions
* Role has no supervisory responsibilities
* Train or guide the work of internal business stakeholders and other team members on an occasion
* Support and assist internal business stakeholders in compilation of requirements to support new initiatives that require technological solutions
* Analyze and design solutions for implementation of system integrations to support new business requirements and requests by internal stakeholders for new and existing applications systems
* Develop project plans, monitor progress and manage project elements to ensure effective and efficient execution of planned tasks
* Prepare testing and deployment activities for new application developments and system enhancements
* Provide custom reports and ad hoc analysis as required by various internal business stakeholders
* Perform system administrator function including user management, system data maintenance, visual layout, and work flow rules
* Monitor and troubleshoot issues to diagnose and resolve complex system problems or identify needed system improvements
* Resolve all technical issues experienced by end-users across all levels of the organization with clear communication and demonstrated customer service
Required
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Agile Implementation & Scrum Methodology for Project Planning & Release Management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
* Exposure to incident ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
* Experience in Salesforce configuration- workflows, triggers (coding not required)
* Ability to understand complex systems and related data to surface actionable insights, demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making skills.
* Intermediate level
* Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions
* Strong organizational/time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines within defined timeframes
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Demonstrate a high level of diplomacy and professionalism to work cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to lead a moderately complex project, develop the project plan and execute from conception to completion with moderate to minimal reliance on management
Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology or related fields required
* 2-3 years experience in related field required
* In lieu of degree, a total number of 3 years experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
* Salesforce Administrator Certification desired
* Salesforce Service Cloud Certification desired
Physical Job Requirements
* This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or seated) more than half the time
* The person in this position must be able to maneuver (lift, move, carry, slide, etc.) less than 15 lbs.
* This position operates machinery and/or equipment that requires the constant use of hands/fingers/wrists (ex: typing) all of the time
* This position requires the ability to spend all of the time viewing computer monitors
* The person in this position must be able to identify and distinguish between colors more than half the time
Travel Requirements
* This position requires overnight domestic travel less than 25% of the time
* Anticipated travel will be by car, air, and/or train
