In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the Change Management and Configuration Management for a large Government Agency. You will attend Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings, ensure all change requests have sufficient information to be reviewed and track all changes throughout their lifecycle. You will be responsible for accurate configuration management across the program including reviews, audits, standard operating procedures and process training.

Required Qualifications

BA or BS degree.

ITIL Foundation Certification

Expereince in change and/or configuration management position.
