Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE/SUMMARY

The Assistant Programmer is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services. The position is responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall operation of the service department, manage service tickets, review work orders, and technical support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Go over updated Work Orders for accuracy
* Tech Support for field technicians
* Tech Support for clients/customers
* Check CCTV client machines for System Version/Upgrades Cameras all functioning
* Software design and development of all systems panels.
* Develop and support software applications that integrate with the day to day systems used by employees at Intelli-Tec Security

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

* Proficient knowledge of ABM software
* Proficiency of the Microsoft Office suit

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

* Two-year Associates degree or equivalent credits towards a four-year Bachelors degree
* Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
* Work is performed in an office environment
* Employee may be subject to some lifting up to 10 lbs

Ability to use general office equipment.
