They deal with systems relating to product life cycles, supply chains, customer relations and human resources, and map them for complete solutions. They convert these maps into architectures and designs that development teams follow to develop system solutions.
Solutions Architects require knowledge of the hardware and software of multiple platforms. They use this knowledge to manage projects and conduct technological research to ensure that the systems meet the needs of the users and organization. They work with development teams and functional analysts to transform the combined vision into a reliable solution. Solutions Architects also work with clients to address their needs, and identify the interdependencies of the infrastructure, system and project.
