Technical Program Managers have the expertise to deliver IT programs and solutions to the client on schedule and within a set budget. A Technical Program Manager oversees and administers to both the overall program and the technical solution that is being delivered to the client.

Candidates for this position should have experience in project management as well as experience in IT business process engineering. Many employers look for a candidate to have a Bachelor‰Ûªs degree, and some will require a graduate degree as well. A project management professional certification will boost a candidate‰Ûªs chance considerably.
