Maia is an Associate Recruiter at Namely, the leading platform HR, Payroll, and Employee Benefits for mid-sized companies. As one of the early members of the Talent Acquisition team at Namely, Maia was instrumental in building recruitment processes and scaling the talent acquisition function through a critical period of growth. Transitioning into the field of Talent Operations, Maia (the resident "process nerd" on her team) is passionate about optimizing processes and new technologies to drive effective recruitment practices.

Ellen is the Recruiting Coordinator aligned to the tech org at Namely.
