Kelli Dragovich
Chief People Officer, Looker

Kelli Dragovich leads the team responsible for enabling Looker to rapidly grow and scale effectively. She is passionate about building a diverse, inclusive, and productive environment for Looker's growing global workforce, and has spent nearly two decades in people operations at leading tech companies. Prior to Looker, Kelli was SVP of People Operations at Hired, and has previously held senior Human Resource positions at Github, Nook Media, RockYou!, Yahoo!, and Intuit. She is a mother of twin boys and the ultimate sports enthusiast - even competing as an amateur boxer in the past. She attended Santa Clara University where she played Division I softball and graduated with a degree in Psychology, before going on to receive a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University in San Diego.

Lilian Tham
Head of Executive Search, Airbnb

Lilian is the Head of Global Executive Recruiting for Airbnb, coming into Airbnb to help build the executive search function and lead the company through its next phase of growth. Prior to Airbnb, Lilian lead executive searches at Google and served as the Executive Recruiting POC for Google's Hardware business. Prior to Google, Lilian was a Principal HFA, driving executive searches and helping build the foundational executive teams for the portfolio companies of top tier venture firms like Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, Greylock, and KP. Lilian has found that her experience as an operator, leading Marketing and Finance teams at companies like American Express and Disney gives her a unique perspective to the work she does now on the talent acquisition side. She is a student of improv and likes to travel, surf, snowboard and dive on her time off.

Cheryl Roubian
VP of People, Greenhouse

Cheryl is the VP of People at Greenhouse, where her team drives the strategic People practices that guide Greenhouse's success. With 10+ years of experience in tech and SaaS, Cheryl is a career people-and org- developer. Under her leadership, Greenhouse has landed in the #2 spot on Crain's New York Best Places to Work, #10 Best Company Culture to work for by Comparably, and #1 Best Place to Work by Glassdoor. VP of Customer Success, Hired

Ly is the VP of Customer Success at Hired and is responsible for the candidate and employer experience. She has over 20 years of experience in technology, consulting, and SaaS and was part of the initial Customer Success team created at Salesforce in 2005. Ly has been building and transforming account/customer success teams to focus on the customer lifecycle, journey, and experience.
