Boston is a mixture of old and new. You can find historic areas and museums side by side with top tech and biotech companies. The city also has thriving healthcare and education sectors. Downtown Boston is vibrant and has a lively nightlife. Top restaurants and shopping centers are located within walking distance making the neighborhood very self-sufficient. Brighton is more laid-back and is popular with students from Boston University and Boston College. There are plenty of sidewalks for exercise or an evening stroll. Chinatown is popular with both residents and tourists especially during the annual August Moon Festival. It is located close to both the financial district and the theatre district.
