Any Cellular or Wireless Physical layer Firmware and architecture with hands-on implementation and debugging You have a keen vision and awareness of new technologies, applications and use cases. Familiarity with architecture modeling, simulation and emulation platforms Solid embedded C/C++ and assembly programming skills, writing efficient and optimized code is highly desirable Experience with embedded RTOS module development, coming up with a barebones FW architecture, and providing services and APIs to develop and integrate FW modules on such framework Experience with CPU/DSP inter-processor infrastructure, bus interfaces, memory access protocols, HW drivers and abstraction layers. Thrive in a reciprocal environment and can clearly communicate while deftly driving multiple projects across many teams Obsessively passionate and inquisitive, and seek to pursue everyday problems in innovative ways Laser-focused on the smallest details that are significant to delivering high-precision and high-quality FW code 10 years of experience in Modem FW development as an individual contributor and in some form of technical lead capacity. The Wireless Technologies team is looking for highly motivated Modem PHY Firmware Engineers who can lead to develop our next generation of cellular products. You will work on modem firmware architecture and development, design and implementation in the Physical Layer FW group in WTE department and will engage with standard team, platform architecture team, hardware team, and other engineering disciplines to deliver high performance best-in-class modem for wireless products. You are upbeat, innovative, adaptable, and results oriented with a positive attitude.

Master/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications or equivalent majors.
