Workstation Administrator

Job Description

* Inventory management
* Imaging of end user workstations (desktops and laptops) using Microsoft SCCM
* New user setup including Active Directory account creation and Workstation deployment
* Active Directory administration supporting moves/Adds/Changes for existing user accounts and assets
* Account terminations and asset reclamation for outgoing employees
* Proper maintenance of work queue (i.e., prompt, succinct updates of any/all tickets assigned to the workstation queue)
* Coordinate with other workstation admins to make sure SLAs are being met in timely and accurate manner
* Performs standard Service Desk functions and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction
* Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting Desktop and Windows environments
* Proficiency with imaging or automating desktop systems
* Experience with Microsoft Bitlocker
* Familiarity with ServiceNow a plus
* Relevant certifications are a plus but not required (e.g., A+, MTA, MCSA, ITIL)
