Workday Time Tracking Consultant

Job Description

As a Workday Time Tracking Consultant at Collaborative you will guide clients through the transformation, implementation and operation phases of a Workday implementation. Additionally you must have a technical aptitude and be capable of configuring the product to meet the business requirements and design specifications.

Responsibilities/Skills/Requirements:

* 5+ years experience in a payroll or HCM consulting role with multiple end-to-end implementations
* Implementation/Configuration experience with Workday Time Tracking ideal
* Overall Time Tracking experience with systems such as Kronos, PeopleSoft Time & Labor, or ADP Webtime
* Strong understanding of union rules for hours calculations
* Ability to interpret in and out times
* Global experience a plus
* Possess project management and/or team lead experience
* Must be a fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and must enjoy fast-paced work environments
* Excel skills a plus
* Ability to travel up to 75%
