Workday Client Partner

We have an immediate opening for 2 Client Partners to join our top performing Workday Practice.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 10 - 15 plus years Project Leadership experience in the consulting industry

Experienced trusted advisor with established C-level communication skills and presence

Excellent project leadership and problem solving skills

Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and understand the "pulse" of each project (approximately 15 projects)

Experienced in successfully resolving project escalations raised by clients

Workday experience preferred

Job Role

Serve as primary point of escalation for our clients

Oversee project managers and hold them accountable for timely and robust status reports

Manage client escalations and determine appropriate investments when required

Participate and add value during onsite planning and design sessions

Attend and participate in regular client executive steering committee meetings

Align with Workday Professional Services and Workday reps within designated region

Support monthly project reviews with Workday regional leadership

Serve as advocate for Workday rolling adoption and provide follow-on sales support alongside Sales Team
