Job Description:

* Must have minimum 5 - 9 years and Strong hands on experience on windows, VMware and SCCM
* Provides technical support for Windows operating systems (Windows 2003,2008, 2012, 2016) and components to ensure readiness, performance, resource availability.
* Provide operational support and troubleshooting of system infrastructures
* Experience in handling real time windows and VMware production issues (Good understanding of the operating system VM ESX/ESX)
* Wintel & VMWare Server IT infrastructure support & Operations.
* Handled Incident, Change request and service request Management for Wintel /VMware/ IIS/ FTP/ DC & AD
* In-depth understanding of windows architecture and troubleshooting experience with the ability to analyze technical problems to prevent future occurrence.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Core components is mandatory. (DNS, DHCP, Cluster)
* Knowledge of Enterprise class HP BL and DL servers and C 7000 enclosure is mandatory
* Knowledge of server Remote management tools such as OA, ILO, VC, HPSIM
* Basic understanding of Storage and back up concepts.
* Build and Manage Server Clusters and Wintel Server Patch Management
* Handling SCCM Client installations and uninstallations and troubleshooting various issues on SCCM Client
* Strong working knowledge with OS patching, firmware upgradations on Windows.
* Endpoint Antivirus management and updates
* Having Shell/Perl/Python Scripting experience will be a plus.
* MCSE & VMware Certified will be a plus
* Citrix Environment support and administration
