Insight Enterprise is seeking a Team Lead for a large Windows 10 Migration. This opportunity will be working onsite with our very reputable client in NYC (location is 7 World Trade Center). This is a 3 to 6 month contract to hire, seeking candidates immediately! Must have strong team lead experience, with Win10 migration Imaging via SCCM expertise. Scope of Responsibility

* Team lead for large Windows 10 migration, using images via SCCM locally and in remote offices.
* Perform testing of migration methods locally and in remote offices.
* Plan and coordinate migration timeline with project team.
* Provide onsite hands on technical support and insightful advice to customers.
* Focus on providing customers with best in class support experiences.
* Acknowledge and address all customer queries, requirements and needs with patience and skill.
* Provide guidance and training to customers on current technology and IT policies.
* Educate customers on new technology and processes to enhance technology adoption.
* Manage customer expectations to enhance the overall IT support experience.

Specific Knowledge/Skills

* Team Lead experience a must - particularly leading a Win10 migrations is a PLUS
* Windows 10 , SCCM, AD, O365
* GPO troubleshooting
* Basic network troubleshooting
* Understanding of proxy.pac and wpad from client side
* Basic CMD/PowerShell skills
* Collaborative approach to problem solving with strong analytical skills including balancing benefits/risks.
* Must reside in a commutable distance to 7 World Trade Center in NYC.
