iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Website Manager - Sanofi Manufacturing System - VIE Contract (W/M)

The key responsibility of the position is to develop and upgrade the global Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS) website to support SMS activities. The SMS website is the knowledge management center where all the Sanofi Employees find and share information about lean deployment, trainings and toolbox. The position will work mainly in the wide Industrial Affairs network to ensure proper data management and future development of the website.

Key accountabilities:

* Development, implementation and maintenance of the infrastructure, hardware and software utilized for the organization's website
* Monitor web traffic, performance and capacity to identify, prevent and resolve issues
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that the site provides content and functionality that meets the business needs of the organization
* Maintain appropriate security and troubleshoot any issues
* Serve as a community manager to ensure data quality in the existing SMS website
* Design and facilitation of online courses to instruct SMS community on new functionalities
* Knowledge management
* Encourage teamwork and foster information exchange through active collaboration with other departments on site and globally

Candidate's profile:

* Education: Master degree in Business Management, Information Services, Engineering degree or other relevant field
* Experience: at least 1 year of previous full time experience in a similar position, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
* Soft skills: partnering mind-set and ability to communicate clearly and openly with members of various departments; attention to details and respect of timelines; result-based mind-set; ability to understand the needs of internal customers; compliance & ethics mind-set
* IT tools: advanced knowledge of MS Office suite; knowledge of Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; experience working with SharePoint
* Languages: fluent English
