Overview

The Topps ecommerce team is looking for a Website Manager/Magento Specialist to manage Topps.com.

As a website manager, you will drive website maintenance, product launches, project management, merchandising, and content management. You will work with a team of Designers, Category managers, Marketers, app developers, Customer Service Reps, Vendors, and Financial Analysts to continue to grow the Topps.com product portfolio and manage the website.

Responsibilities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Website and Magento experience.
* Magento Architecture: layouts, themes, extensions and customizations; Magento data models
* Elements of a Magento ecommerce site: catalog, shipping, payment, order processing, promotions, extensions, import/export, etc.
* Application of Magento knowledge to business goals: mapping client needs to Magento features, recommending the most effective options for implementing client requirements in Magento
* Exceptional Project Management skills. You can manage multiple projects at the same time. You are focused on ensuring that projects are tracking on time and completed within spec.
* Creativity. You have an open mind and a willingness to explore new and different initiatives. You are comfortable with taking risks and testing new approaches. You are developing ideas that will lead to positive business results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Product Launches. Upload the products within Magento to launch on Topps.com. You will need to ensure that the products are properly cataloged to show up in the correct categories.
* Project Management. Initiate and manage all development projects as they relate to topps.com.
* Merchandising/Content Management. Responsible for launching all products and creating new content on topps.com. You will need to manage and organize the product categories and make sure that products and content are displayed in a user friendly way.

Qualifications

WHAT ARE THE NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS

* 1+ years of website management
* 1+ year of Magento ecommerce experience preferred
* Magento 2.0 experience preferred
