The Sponsor is seeking a full stack developer with AWS experience to maintain several custom production applications which provide a central repository of data on entities of interest and allows users to make associations amongst these entities. The Contractor shall build and maintain web applications; and manage deployment and migration of applications from one enclave to an accredited enclave. The Contractor shall also maintain several customer production applications which provide a central repository of data on entities of interest and allows users to make associations among these entities. Additionally, the Contractor shall support the migration of these applications from a sponsor partner's secure, zero trust enclave to the sponsor's secure, zero trust enclave. The contractor shall support all activities required for the approval and accreditation security process and tenant onboarding to the sponsor's enclave. The sponsor shall request contractors to participate and periodically work on other systems/small taskings as assigned to support the Project Owners Portfolio IT modernization efforts.Work Requirement: The Contractor shall provide level development engineering and programming support to projects and infrastructure support activities; and design and develop enterprise applications in a web environment. The Contractor shall develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. The Contractor shall analyze user needs and developers software solutions. The Contractor shall design or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. The Contractor shall analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. The Contractor shall manage websites including design, development, deployment and maintenance activities. The Contractor shall perform testing and quality assurance of websites and web applications.

Mandatory Skills/Experience: Demonstrated experience in full stack developmentDemonstrated experience programming in third or fourth generation programming languages (e.g. Java, Ruby, Javascript) in a Linux environmentDemonstrated experience middleware experience with containers such as Apache, Tomcat, Glassfish, IIS, WebLogicDemonstrated ability to deliver solutions using Amazon Web ServicesDemonstrated experience developing within and managing multiple operational environments and platform configurationsDemonstrated experience with scripting technologies (e.g., Perl, Ant, Rake, Maven, Python)BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or experience that would provide equivalent knowledge of computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm designDesired Skills/Experience: Demonstrated proficiency of modern front-end technologies such as Angular.jsDemonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and test driven developmentDemonstrated experience designing, creating, and maintaining REST based interfacesDemonstrated understanding of networking and core Internet Protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and routing in distributed networksDemonstrated experience with web technologies to include JavaScript, jQuery, RESTful interfacesDemonstrated experience in Configuration Management concepts and tools (Git, SVN)Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft SharePoint developer and Site Collection Administrators (SCA)Demonstrated experience exhibiting oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated experience working in a team environmentDemonstrated customer experience integrating with RDBMS and NoSQL constructs
